by The Hayden football team begins it season this Friday under the direction of former, and now new, head coach John Estrada.
The Lobos, who had only two wins a year ago, figure to be greatly improved as they look to return to the dominance they experienced during Estrada’s first coaching tenure at the school.
Hayden will travel to Gilbert, Arizona to take on Arete Prep in Friday’s season opener. The Lobos defeated the Chargers last season (28 – 20) for one of their two victories of the season and will be looking to making two in row versus Arete Prep on Friday.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
