Hayden Police Report – June 1, 2016

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

  Activity listed from May 16 to May 26.

May 16

  Agency assist on the 600 block of San Pedro.

  An animal complaint was received on the 1000 block of 9th St.

  Suspicious activity was reported on the 500 block of Garfield.

May 17

  A loud music complaint was received on 9th St.

May 18

  Agency assist on the 300 block of Thorne Ave in Winkelman.

  Debris was reported on Hwy. 177 and was removed by officers.

  Domestic violence/assault was reported in Hayden.

May 19

  Agency assist on the 700 block of San Pedro.

  A house check was requested on the 500 block of 5th St.

  A suspicious subject was reported on the 700 block of San Pedro.

  Citizen assist was requested on the 100 block of Lower Rd.

May 20

  A security check was requested on the 100 block of 4th St.

May 22

  Agency assist on the 400 block of Velasco Ave.

  Extra patrol was requested on the 300 block of Thorne Ave in Winkelman.

  A civil matter was conducted on the 300 block of 4th St. in Winkelman.

  A property return was conducted on the 400 block of Quarelli St. in Winkelman.

   Stolen property was reported on the 800 block of Hayden Ave/ASARCO.

May 24

  A non-injury accident was reported on the 100 block of 2nd St. in Winkelman.

May 25

  Threatening was reported at Hayden High School.

  A welfare check was requested on the 100 block of 9th St.

  A runaway juvenile was reported on the 100 block of Lower Rd.

May 26

  Criminal trespass was reported in the area of 4th and Thorne in Winkelman.

  There were also six information reports during the dates listed above.
