  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Apr. 14

  Theft was reported on the 700 block of Canyon Dr.

  Burglary was reported at the Assembly of God Church.

  Criminal trespass was reported at Winkelman Giant.

Apr. 15

  A field interview was conducted in the area of Hwy. 77 and Thorne in Winkelman.

  Three information reports were received.

  An unwanted person was reported on the 500 block of San Pedro.

  Agency assist was requested on the 200 block of Thorne in Winkelman.

Apr. 16

  Criminal damage/trespass was reported on the 500 block of Morris Rd.

  A 911 hang-up was reported on the 400 block of Sunnyslope.

  Fireworks were reported in the Winkelman Flats area.

Apr. 17

  Burglary was reported at Maria’s Restaurant.

  Burglary was reported on the 400 block of W. Second St., Winkelman.

  A dog call was received from the 500 block of Garfield.

  A civil matter was reported on the 5000 block of N. Kennecott Rd.

Apr. 18

  Agency assist was requested at the Winkelman Flats RV Park.

  An attended death was reported on the 200 block of Quarelli St., Winkelman.

  Burglary was reported at 660 Hwy. 177.

  An alarm drop was received on the 500 block of Velasco Ave.

  Agency assist with an order of protection.

  A civil standby was requested at the Winkelman Post Office.

  Apr. 19

  A missing person was reported on the 500 block of Mt. View.

  Burglary was reported on the 800 block of Hayden Ave.

  Theft was reported in the area of Kennecott and Hwy. 177.
