Hayden Police Report

According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

May 10

Criminal damage was reported on the 100 block of San Pedro.

May 11

Agency assist to Kearny Police Department with the report of a fire along the railroad tracks.

Welfare check request in Hayden.

May 13

Responded to a 911 call concerning a child who was choking.

May 15

Domestic problems was investigated on 2nd street in Winkelman.

May 16

Agency assist to DPS on Hwy 77 with a vehicle that was on the roadway and not occupied.

Oscar Joshua Garcia, 45 of Hayden, was arrested for disorderly conduct/threatening and intimidating/domestic violence.

May 17

Extra patrol was requested on the 500 block in Hayden.

May 18

Agency assist to Hayden and Winkelman Fire Departments with a suspicious structure fire on the 600 block of Canyon in Hayden.
