Hayden Police Report

According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

Feb. 16

Received a report from Asarco of a male subject spotted walking in the desert area near Smithco and Hayden High School. A canvass of the area resulted in negative contact.

Feb. 17

Agency assist with a medical problem in Hayden.

A burglary was reported on 1st St. in Winkelman. Missing was copper wiring valued at $100.

Extra patrol was requested on the 200 block in Winkelman.

Feb. 21

Agency assist with an unattended death.

Feb. 22

Agency assist with a medical problem in Dudleyville.

Agency assist with a medical problem in Winkelman.

A report was received from Oro Valley Police Department of a 34 year old male out of Hayden being admitted to the Oro Valley ER for a gunshot wound. Case is pending.
