According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. A report of an unwanted person on property in the 100 block of Quarelli in Winkelman was received. Check of the area was negative.

Jan. 28

A request was received for a citizen’s assist on the 200 block of Mountain View. Behavioral Health was called.

Criminal damage and burglary was reported on the 100 block of 2^nd St.

Jan. 29

A report was received of two people near the train tracks close to the train gate leading into Asarco property. The back gate security was contacted.

Jan. 30

Agency assist to Kearny Ambulance in reference to a possible heart attack at Indian Hill.

Report of a possible break and entry on the 100 block of 2^nd Ave in Hayden. Check of the area was negative.
