Hambly K-8 names students of the week, month

Leonor Hambly K-8 School has announced its Students of the Week for the week of Sept. 25, 2014 as well as Students and Citizens of the Month for September.

Students of the week are: Makayla Carmelo (preschool), Joseph Chavez (kindergarten), Nicolas Aragon (first), Paul-Michael Gaither (second), Alexis De Los Reyes (third), Moraes Cruz (fourth), Romeo Cruz (fifth), Lyana Romero (sixth), Clarissa Gonzalez (seventh) and Justin Garrett Santa Maria (eighth).

September Students of the Month are: Vincent Cruz (preschool), Ryan Garner (kindergarten), Levi Scroggins (first grade), Makayla Rivera (second grade), Ismael Gallego (third grade), Fabian Elvira (fourth grade), Alyah Smith (fifth grade), Lyana Romera (sixth grade), Jorge Rodriguez (seventh grade) and Christian Orduno (eighth grade).

September Citizens of the Month are: Jacob Bracamonte (preschool), Olivia Fernandez (kindergarten), Abrianna Torrez (first grade), Destyne Dean (second grade), Victor Sosa-Quintana (third grade), Karina Iuzunza (fourth grade), Octavio Aragon (fifth grade), Adriano Cruz (sixth grade), Malachi Carmelo (seventh grade), and Sierrah Bainter (eighth grade).
