Guadalupe “Lou” Torres, 48, of Superior, Ariz. passed away on March 25, 2015 in Mesa, Ariz.

Lou was born on Nov. 9, 1966 in Superior, Ariz. to Richard and Lupe Torres. He grew up in Superior and is a Superior High School graduate. Lou worked for the city of Phoenix for 28 years as a heavy equipment mechanic. He was a member of the Superior Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going camping, fishing and working on his 1948 truck.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years Melissa, daughters Zeena (Derek) Gagnon, Lila and Keana Torres. Sister Rose (Marty) Lea, and brothers: Ricky, Tony, Manuel (Gina), John (Debbie), several nephew and nieces. Lou will be dearly missed by his dog, Napoleon, many friends and family.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Superior, Ariz. with Visitation: 9:30 a.m., Rosary: 10 a.m., Mass: 10:30 a.m. and with Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Superior, Ariz.
