Recent Superior Panthers graduates Louis Fuentes and Mario Padilla were selected to play in the Arizona Coaches Association Division VI Senior Bowl. The game was played at Mogollon High School in Heber, AZ on June 8, 2013.

Division VI football is played with eight players per side and the Senior Bowl includes some of the top seniors in the state.

Both Fuentes and Padilla were football award winners at the Panthers’ annual award ceremony in May. Fuentes was named Most Offensive Player while Padilla was named Most Defensive Player. Fuentes and Padilla were members of the Blue team which fell to the Red team, 50 – 6.
