Frank R. Sandoval

Frank R. “Punky”Sandoval passed away at his home in Dudleyville, on Sunday, June 22. Frank was born on February 23, 1936 in Hayden to Jesus and Felix Sandoval.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Lucia; parents; and, sisters, Carmelita and Enedina. He is survived by his children, Rosa (David) Navarro, Rita (Daniel) Duarte, Frank (Bonnie) Sandoval, Robert (Luz) Sandoval, Felix and Veronica (Herman) Fry; as well as brothers, Alfredo, Ralph, Fernando and Randy; sisters, Oralia, Mary and Hortencia. Tata Frank had 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tata Frank enjoyed watching all sorts of sports, hearing Mexican music, gardening, and, back in the day, was an avid bowler. Tata Frank will be sadly missed.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 26, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hayden with Father Matthew and Monsignor Trevizo celebrating the mass of Christian Burial. Funeral arrangements were conducted by Griffith Mortuary.
