Frank E. Valenzuela

  Frank E. Valenzuela, 72, passed away on Sept. 2, 2016 in Fort Worth, TX with his family by his side after a struggle with liver cancer. He was born on Dec. 31, 1943 in Ray to Alex and Josephine Valenzuela.

   Frank is preceded in death by his father Alex, mother Josephine, brother David and grandson Randy Jr.  He is survived by his kids, Frank “Gabe”, Cindy, Sandra, Randy, Jason, Nicole, and Andrew (Staci); grandkids, Andrea, Regina, Jessica, Eric, Aaron,Hunter, Trinity, Bayleigh, Logan, Tori, and Randy Jr. “Late”; great-grandkids, Isla, Laila and Adrian; and many friends and family members.

  He worked at Frito Lay, Kennecott Ray Mines, as a bus driver, at Sparkletts, and as a volunteer firefighter for the Kearny Fire Department.

  Besides his work, Frank spent time in making people laugh with his jokes and enjoyed going on adventures. In his younger years, he loved to play racquetball and was very good at it. He loved educating people on landmarks and the history behind them. He loved to travel and get to know people, had charisma and a great sense of humor. He loved Mexican food, a cold beer and desserts. He was a devoted Los Angeles Rams and U.C.L.A. Bruins Football fan.

  Services will be held at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave. in Glendale.
