Former Hayden High student Palmas named HOBY Ambassador for SPHS

Tony Palmas

Tony Palmas, son of Grace and Tony Palmas Sr., has been selected as Ambassador for Sentinel Peak High School, where he is entering into his junior year.
The HOBY was held Jun. 6 to 9 at Grand Canyon University, where Tony learned cheers and met other students near his age. He attended State Capitol and Mock Committee meetings and Floor Session. Tony also works on community service projects.

On the first night, there was a dance and a pool party. The program included a talent show and essay writing. On the last day, the parents met their children at Crowne Plaza for delicious luncheon.

Tony, who recently moved to Tucson with his parents, attended Hayden- Winkelman in his primary years and then attended Ray School. Tony is entering his junior year at Sentinel Peak High School. Tony has also been invited to attend the HOBY at Loyola University Chicago.
