Former Councilman speaks out about hate mongering

Addressing Mayor Barcelo:

Your comment on that yellow flyer that was handed out throughout town: it was a total embarrassment to you and Juan.

Eric, I feel, was dragged into going along with your shenanigans! Your credibility to lead this Town is lost. You personally attacked Councilman Brewer and Councilwoman Wickham with hate.

Is this your way of attacking citizens of the Town that don’t agree with you? The last recall, we were supposed to work in the best interest of the Town and its taxpayers and citizens. You have threatened Councilman Brewer with ejecting him from meetings.

Let me say this: Joe was elected to represent his constituents on Town issues that were brought before him. Hate should not be part of your agenda on Town issues.

These are some of the reasons I support this recall.

Thank you,/s/ Rudy Romo Sr.
