Sometime between 4:30 and 5 p.m. on Tuesday April 29, a fire ignited in a shed behind Mi Tierra Restaurant in Catalina.
The Golder Ranch Fire Department and Pima County Sheriff’s officers responded immediately to the emergency. Traffic was slowed on Oracle Road headed north.
Mi Tierra Restaurant was evacuated for a short time while the fire department assessed the situation and got the fire under control. There were no injuries and no damage to other structures was reported.
