FCCLA to host annual Cancer Fight by Candlelight

The Superior High School FCCLA group will be hosting the sixth annual Cancer Fight by Candlelight on Saturday, March 21 at 6 p.m. The event is designed to remember those who have died from cancer, support those who are fighting cancer and celebrate the cancer survivors. Funds raised from the event will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Line-up will begin at 5:30 p.m. at  the top on Sunset Drive. Participants will walk from the top of Sunset to the football field where there will be a ceremony and other activities for participants.

Commemorative t-shirts must be ordered and pre-paid, cost is $10, there is an  additional fee of $2 for extra large sizes. Luminaries are $1, they will light up Sunset Drive and must be pre-paid and ordered.

Come support those that are fighting back, those who have survived or the families that have lost a family member to cancer. All proceeds will go the American Cancer Society.
