Erik A. Rivera

Hayden – Air Force Airmen Erik A. Rivera graduated from Basic Military Training, on. Jan. 3, from Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

During his eight weeks of training, he studied the Air Force mission, organization, its military customs and courtesies; performed drills, ceremony marches and physical training; also trained in chemical warfare and combative exercises.

He is currently receiving his technical training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO., where he will train as a pavement and construction equipment apprentice.

Airmen Rivera is the son of Manuel (Dennis) and Rosemary Rivera of Dudleyville. The grandson of the late Augustine and Carmen Westrope of Tucson, and of Eva and the late Manuel Rivera of Hayden.

Airman Rivera is a 2013 graduate of Hayden High School, His family would like to express how very proud they are of all his commitments and accomplishments.
