Enrique ‘Neni’ R. Contreras
Enrique “Neni” R. Contreras, 74 of Aravaipa, Arizona went home hand in hand with the lord, Sunday, March 4, 2018.
Enrique was born Feb. 24, 1944 in Hayden, Arizona to Emael and Josefina (Romero) Contreras. He served in the US Army and was Honorably Discharged in March of 1968. He later continued his education at Central Arizona College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
On Dec. 24, 1973 Enrique and Ernestina (Arbizo) were joined in marriage.
Enrique is survived by his daughters, Sonia Y. Contreras, Cindy S. Rodriquez, Angelica M. Sanchez, Yvette Sanchez and his son David A. Sanchez. He also leaves behind his brothers, Esmael “Junio” Contreras and Erick Contreras, and countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Mammoth Arizona at the Mammoth Assembly of God Church on Monday, March 12, 2018.
