Recently many patients received a bad debt collection letter from Credit Control, LLC, regarding an invoice from Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center (CVRMC). Please disregard the letter. It was mailed in complete error.
Credit Control, LLC is a third party, self-pay billing service formerly contracted by CVRMC and due to this recent incident, CVRMC has discontinued its partnership with this organization. CVRMC is here to serve our patients, their families and our community. Our expectation of any other organization connected to the hospital should have the same intent and mission of service.
We understand the frustration and confusion Credit Control, LLC has caused and if you would like to speak to a representative from CVRMC regarding this issue, please call Brad Stoddard at 928-402-1133.
