Cipia R. Dominguez passed away peacefully on Sun., June 2 at home in Chimayo, New Mexico, in the presence of her loving family.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Consuelo Dominguez. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Nestor Dominguez; her son, Jimmy (Monce) Dominguez of San Manuel; Gloria (Guadalupe) Garcia of Espanola, New Mexico; Louie (Myra) Dominguez of Denver, Colorado; Walter and Larry Dominguez of Chimayo, New Mexico; Bernice (Rosendo) Ortiz of San Manuel; Esther (Louis) of San Antonio, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.
She came to San Manuel in Sept., 1955 when San Manuel was being built. She was a Christian woman who made Jesus Christ the Lord of her life in 1977, when a Spanish Christian ministry came to town. She was a member of The Chimayo Assembly of God Church in Chimayo, New Mexico. She loved visiting others, especially those in nursing homes.
Rest in peace, mother, wife and friend, until we are reunited again, soon.
