A nice meal. Lovely wine. Local friends and dignitaries getting together for a great cause.

A champagne brunch, held at the home of Bill and Sue Anderson last week, raised some much needed funds to renovate the building the Superior Chamber of Commerce recently purchased on Main St.  In just 10 days organizers sold 86 tickets for the event, which was attended by many friends of the Chamber, including Councilman John Tameron, Sheriff Paul Babeu and School Board President Mila Lira.  Through the generosity of the community, this event raised over $1000 and a great time was had by all.

Gerry Rossow owned the building and made it very affordable for the Chamber to buy, and for that reason was the guest of honor.

The Chamber plans to have more fund raisers in order to bring the building up to snuff and have a presence on Main St. where people can stop by for a cup of coffee and get information about the town and surrounding areas.
