Catalina church offers men’s fellowship

Did you know that Mountain Shadows Presbyterian Church has a Men’s Fellowship group that meets most Saturdays from October to May?

All men in the community are invited to attend. The meetings are usually held at the church, 3201 Mountainaire Road, at the Oracle Road intersection. We are in room #3, starting at 8:00 am. The meetings last until 9:15 so men can get to any other Saturday activities. Programs include socializing and study/ discussion on religious topics. Most studies are Bible based using prepared lesson material, but we have also studied contemporary books on religious subjects. We are currently using a prepared study on The Prophets. It’s amazing what these ancient highly dedicated people have to say to us in the twenty first century. Discussion questions are a big part of our meetings. By sharing ideas we all grow in our faith.

Occasionally we have Breakfast Meetings at Sunny Side Up Café, 15930 N. Oracle Road in Catalina. These breakfasts are strictly social to help us know each other better. If this activity sounds interesting to you, we welcome men from the community. You don’t have to belong to our church to attend. If you’d like to meet a great group of Christian men and grow your faith a little as well, give us a try. Call George Gregg at 520-818-1862 for more information.
