, 69, of Catalina, Ariz., went to heaven on June 3, 2014. He was suffering from a long term illness.
He married Stella Cota in 1968 and had four children, Carlos, Stephanie, Sandy and John Paul. He married Charlotte in 1992 and helped raise four stepchildren, Tom, William, Aaron and Aimee.
Carlos is survived by his wife, Charlotte; his children, Carlos (Julie) of Safford, Stephanie (Mike) of Tucson, Sandy of Oracle, John Paul (Maribel) of Arlington, TN; stepchildren, Tom (Sheila), William (Jerry), Aaron, and Aimee (Ross) all of Prescott; 25 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; siblings, Carmen (Sam) and Benji of York Valley, Frank of Tucson, and Marta (Pete) of Chandler, AZ.
He enjoyed camping and outdoors. He loved camping at the White Mountains.
Carlos was proud to have served his country in the Airborne US Army, Fort Benning, GA Carlos belonged to the 82nd Airborne.
