Carl Runnalis

Carl Runnalis, 46, passed away on Jan. 28, 2018 in Oracle.

He is survived by his mother and father, MaryKay and Romolo Madrid; daughters, Rachel and Megan Runnalis; son, James Runnalis; brother, Romo II; and sisters, Margie, Anna, Sandy and Angie.

Carl graduated from high school. After earning his diploma he went on to make a career as the best foreman for some of Arizona’s leading carpentry companies. He was a family man, an amazing cook, and he could build anything he put his mind to.

Carl lived his life to be the best father to his three children and always made sure they were taken care of, before anything else. He took care of his mother and father. He always made a huge impact on every person he met, and, he definitely left his mark on this world. He was so excited because he was expecting his first grandchild by his daughter Rachel Runnalls who is currently five months pregnant.

He will be missed and loved for eternity.

He was cremated and will remain with his beloved family.

A memorial service for Carl Runnalis will be held at the Oracle Union Church, 705 W. American Ave., on Friday, Feb. 9, at 2:30 p.m.  There will be a dinner following in the church dining hall.
