Our heavenly father has taken another angel to join him. Bonnie Lynn Homnack passed away June 22, 2020  at her home in Oracle, where she has resided for the past 34 years with husband John Homnack.

Bonnie was born in Mobile, Ala on Dec. 26, 1940.  She has seen a lot of different countries while traveling with John in the Air Force.

She and husband, John, have been married 54 years and have three daughters, Nanci Long Ives of Oregon, Christina (Jason) Looney of Oracle and Karla(Chris) Gastineau of Tucson.

Family was the most important thing to her, besides her Arizona Cardinals Football and U of A Girls Softball.  She spent most of her time babysitting for her great-grandkids, and crocheting blankets for family members.

She also leaves behind grandchildren, Chrissie of Oregon, Kimberly (Bill) Christy of Wyoming, Benny Looney of Tucson, Kyle (Briana) of Oracle, Jessica and Haleigh Gastineau of Tucson; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Jayden of Wyoming, and Brooklynn, Eli, Stella and Karina of Oracle.

Bonnie is preceded in death by parents, Chester and Celia Williamson; sister, Jean Lossener; niece, Cheri England; aunts, Euncie and Faye Brooks; granddaughter, Amanda; and others not mentioned.

Family members have entrusted Evergreen Mortuary to handle the cremation.

There will be a “Celebration of Life”  at a later date most likely in August.
