was born on August 28, 1966 and went to heaven December 29. He is survived by his great-grandmother Mrs. Marion June Evans; siblings: sister Mrs. Melvina VanCleave; brothers John Kimmel, Damon Kimmel; sisters Melissa Tovas, Amanda Guerro, Ina Holland; and, mother Udell Holland.
Billy was a loving and caring brother, son, grandson, uncle and was a kind and wise man. He loved the outdoors and all of us kids and family. We loved him dearly, and, Billy, we miss you so much, but, now you have returned to heaven in peace and good faith. Love you.
We recently lose Billy’s twin brother Bobby Joe Kimmel, sister Loretta Houston. Now, he will meet them again. God bless you all and we hope you all may rest in peace.
