Arthur ‘Kool-Aid’ Villalobos

  Arthur “Kool-Aid” Villalobos passed away peacefully on Oct. 13, 2018 at the age of 87.

  Arthur was born July 20, 1931 in Globe, AZ to Jesus and Bernarda Villalobos of Superior, AZ. He resided in Superior all of his life. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Tata, Great-Grandfather, and Brother. Arthur was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42-years Emma Villalobos, his parents, his sisters Olivia Villalobos and Jessie Navarro, and brothers Louie and Raymond Villalobos. He is survived by his sister Lupe Lyon of Texas, his three children, Artie Villalobos (Mickie) of Chandler, AZ, Larry Villalobos (Deanne) of Hull, IA, Laura (Rudy) Tameron of Gold Canyon, AZ.  Arthur has eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Arthur ‘Kool-Aid’ Villalobos

  Kool-Aid worked at Magma Copper Company for 43 years, served honorably in the U.S. Army, and graduated from Superior High School in 1950. Kool-Aid was a proud team member on the 1948 Class B State Football Co-Champions team. He was respected by everyone who knew him and was loved by all. He will be missed by his family and his many friends until we see him again in Heaven. 

  Arthur “Kool-Aid” Villalobos will be laid to rest on Oct. 19, 2018 at the Fairview Cemetery in Superior.
