, 102, passed away on April 10, 2014 in California.

Anne was born Feb. 4, 1912 in Chickasha, Okla., the first child born to Marion and Florence Givens. She was a beautiful lady who touched many lives.

She spent many years in Oracle where she attended the First Baptist Church. She was a devoted and loving Christian, Mother and Grandmother.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking and being with her family.

Anna is survived by sons, Willard L. Meek (JoyceAnn) of St. George, Utah, and Edgar L. Newton of Tucson; daughters, LaVone Pearce (Russell) of Lancaster, Calif., and Joyce Lee Pulliam of Stockton, Calif.; grandchildren, Gwynn, Becky, Thomas, Timithy, Steve, Phil, Mike, Mark, Danny, David, Michelle, Andy, Brandon and Edgar; 28 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, and many friends who loved and will miss her dearly.

Private services were held at the Cadillac Chaparral.
